QuizSelf is operated by Apexlogic (India). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use QuizSelf at quizself-five.vercel.app and related services.
Host account information: When registering as a quiz host, we collect your full name, email address, mobile number, city, country, and organisation or institution name.
Participant information: When joining a quiz as a participant, we collect your name and optional email address. No account creation is required for participants.
Quiz and assessment data: We store quiz questions uploaded by hosts, participant answers, scores, time taken per question, and completion timestamps.
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, and session duration — collected automatically via Google Firebase Analytics.
All personal data is stored on Google Firebase Realtime Database servers located in the United States. Firebase implements industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as described in this policy or as required by law.
QuizSelf uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to QuizSelf and other websites. This is known as interest-based advertising.
You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time by visiting google.com/settings/ads or aboutads.info.
Host account data is retained as long as your account remains active. Quiz attempt data is retained for analytics purposes and may be accessed by the quiz host. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
QuizSelf uses Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Google AdSense (advertising), and Google Analytics (usage statistics). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
QuizSelf is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email addresses below. We will respond within 30 days.
