These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuizSelf, a quiz hosting and participation platform operated by Apexlogic (India). By accessing or using QuizSelf, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
QuizSelf is an online platform that enables registered hosts — including educators, trainers, coaching institutes and educational institutions — to create, publish and manage quizzes. Students and participants may join quizzes using a quiz code and view real-time leaderboards and results.
Host accounts require registration with a valid email address and email verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Apexlogic is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account. You must not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
Plans are assigned and managed by Apexlogic administrators. Apexlogic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan tier with reasonable prior notice.
You agree not to use QuizSelf for any of the following:
Quiz content — including questions, options, and scoring — uploaded by hosts remains the intellectual property of the host. By uploading content to QuizSelf, you grant Apexlogic a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the QuizSelf service. QuizSelf's platform design, branding, and underlying code remain the intellectual property of Apexlogic.
QuizSelf is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Apexlogic does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of QuizSelf is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apexlogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of QuizSelf, including but not limited to data loss, score errors due to connectivity issues, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account.
Apexlogic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or poses a risk to the platform or other users, without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
Apexlogic may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered hosts of significant changes by email. Continued use of QuizSelf after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
